Add breathwork to any event *

Min $150 Flat Rate if in San Diego + Plus $25 per person

Additional travel fees will be added if out of San Diego.

Breathwork (The Work) - Go though different breathing techniques and light stretching.

Sharing and Reflection - Go over any experiences, realizations, any feeling in your body or anything you would like to share. Go over after care.

What is Breathwork ? - Breathwork is a collection of controlled breathing techniques that involve intentionally regulating your breath to include extended breath holds and controlled inhalation and exhalation. Breathwork classes can also include activities, journaling and sometimes even a dance party depending on the theme of the event.
